Our technicians are constantly proactively monitoring and tweaking our servers to prevent any problems from arising, however it is important to know that there is someone there to help you if something does go awry.

Our support website is hosted separately from our main website, so you can rest assured you will be able to use all of our contact methods even if this page is inaccessible.
Ticket
The helpdesk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the Account Control Panel. This provides the fastest method of contacting our customer support team, and we are proud of our 2 hour average response time.
Live Chat
Similar to instant messaging, our Live Support allows you to talk directly to a member of our customer support team. There’s no software to download and you don’t need to register, just click “Live Support” at the top-right of the page.

If you would like to call us for help with a technical, billing or general enquiry we offer our innovative Callback Service for free phone support!

Our Knowledgebase contains help on everything from creating a website to emailing yourself backups and everything in between. Your question may have already been answered.

You can view current server status and live uptime figures via the Account Control Panel. Our servers are monitored from stations in the USA, Netherlands, UK, Singapore and Australia.
Service Notices
Information about scheduled maintenance and any problems which may be affecting service are posted to our service notices page. We recommend that all customers subscribe either to the RSS feed or email notifications, and also welcome potential customers to do the same.
